Text Box: Different personality styles will approach business relationships differently. One helpful personality typing system categorizes three types under each of the three aspects of the soul, mind, will and emotion. 
There are three mind types. 
The first is called the Observer. Observers love to learn and possess knowledge. This personality type in their value of learning will likely enjoy teaching or sharing knowledge and skills. An observer in the role of a Sunny Clover Jewelry Specialist would be most comfortable showing others how to turn pieces of mineral into beautiful necklaces, earrings and bracelets.
The next mind type is the Loyalist. This type of person will enjoy functioning as a part of a team, and may be very good at strengthening the identity and vision of a business or group. Often creative, innovative and fun-loving, this type also has the ability to anticipate problems and develop solutions before they are needed. Many presidents and military leaders have been loyalists.
The third mind type is the Enthusiast. This type often loves new experiences and meeting new people, and may become bored in predictable circumstances. Sales careers can be a great outlet for this type. Enthusiasts should be careful about finishing paperwork and tying up loose ends, as this will not be their favorite aspect of business.
There are three will types.
The first is the Challenger. This type is comfortable being in charge. Challengers attach a high value to honest communication. Often Challengers can be very successful in sales careers, so long as they are careful to listen to others.
The second will type is the Peacemaker. Peacemakers are skilled at helping others get along, and can often anticipate relational difficulties. Peacemakers, in their ability to understand others, can often succeed in business and sales careers. Peacemakers may need to be careful to remain motivated, as they can sometimes tend to talk themselves out of action.
The third will type is the Reformer. Reformers enjoy doing things right. Reformers may want to be careful about developing a critical attitude, which will injure business relationships. This type will tend to take pains to have paperwork and other aspects of business correct. While great with details, Reformers may become more balanced by remembering to look at the big picture.
There are also three emotion or "heart" types.
The first is the Helper. Helpers will be able to be successful in a sales career if they truly believe the person being sold will benefit from the product. Helpers will be glad to serve their customers, but should be careful not to overstep boundaries and put people on the defensive. Helpers will enjoy life more if they are careful to take time for themselves from time to time. Jewelry can be a great creative outlet for this type.
The second heart type is the Achiever. Possibly the best suited of all the types for a sales career, the Achiever attaches a high value to success. Achievers can sometimes tend to be very driven and will benefit from slowing down from time to time.
The third heart type is the Individualist. Individualists value creativity, and enjoy feeling that they are unique. Individualists can find great success in jewelry creation, and their beautiful creations can inspire their customers. Individualists have a love of quality and often insist upon high standards.
